Garbage Cans

Summer is here and animals/birds are here!

4.3 D Owners may place their cans and/or recycling containers at the curb after 12 noon on the day before pick up. (Monday after 12 noon). Garbage and/or recycling containers must be removed from the streets by midnight on the day of pickup. (Tuesday before midnight).

Roofs

The roof on the 300 W even building will be replaced, tentative schedule to begin is June 6. Those residents affected should park their cars away from the front of the Units as roof materials will be falling in that direction. Also, watch out for wayward nails in the parking areas as well as under foot.

Rear Window Guards

Rear window guards have been ordered for all homeowners that have not notified Tom regarding installation of second floor balcony/decks. If you have any plans to add a balcony on the back of your building, please contact Tom ASAP so he does not order a window guard for you.
